In the early 1960s, CIA agent Napoleon Solo and KGB
operative Illya Kuryakin participate in a joint mission against a mysterious
criminal organization, which is working to make nuclear weapons. I always wanted to see Superman and the Lone
Ranger in a movie together. Reviews were
mixed on this so proceed with caution.
After a botched robbery results in the brutal murder of a
rural family, two drifters elude police, in the end coming to terms with their
own mortality and the repercussions of their vile atrocity. It’s been a long time since I have seen
Truman Capote’s true crime story and I already picked this up from Barnes and
Noble’s Criterion sale.
A group of sadistic mercenaries kidnap people off the streets
and set them loose on the grounds of their secret camp, so the
"students" at the camp can learn how to track down and kill their
prey. This is one of the ultimate cult
movies out there and I am glad to see this get a blu ray release.
An outrageous, over-the-top spoof, FDR: American Badass is
the untold true story of our country's greatest monster-hunting president! Lincoln killed vampires so why can’t FDR get
into some of the action? This looks fun.
