The Mule- A 90-year-old
horticulturist and Korean War veteran turns drug mule for a Mexican cartel. It is good to see Clint back in front of the
camera and it is a fitting role for him as you get to see a softer side of
Clint as man trying to make up for his indiscretions of the past. Clint fills this with a killer cast of Bradly
Cooper, Dianne West, Michael Pena, Andy Garcia, Laurence Fishburne, and many
more. These are all small roles but this
cast gives it all and it shows they just want to work with Eastwood. Highly recommended.
Bumblebee- On the run in the year
of 1987, Bumblebee finds refuge in a junkyard in a small Californian beach
town. Charlie, on the cusp of turning 18 and trying to find her place in the
world, discovers Bumblebee, battle-scarred and broken. I have never seen a Transformers movie on the
theater. They are just giant robots
fighting and they all seem the same, but I hear this one has some heart to it
so I will give it a spin soon.
The Man Who Killed Hitler and Then
Bigfoot- A legendary American war veteran is recruited to hunt a mythical
creature. This movie already win the
best title of the year and I cannot wait to see what Sam Elliot does in this
really cool looking flick. Does he
really take on Bigfoot or is that a metaphor?
Pledge-A group of college freshmen
pledge an exclusive fraternity but soon realize there's more at stake than they
could have ever imagined. This is why I
never joined a frat.
