A great looking Formula One racing movie from director Ron
Howard that features the true story of the 1970s rivalry between racing rivals
James Hunt and Niki Lauda. This stars Mrs.
Gauntlet’s favorite Chris Hemsworth so we will be watching this soon to see if
he takes his shirt off.
This is a nice follow up to the hit animated feature. I enjoyed this a lot because it very funny throughout
the movie and I liked the introductions of all the new food monsters like Tacodille. The kids enjoyed it.
I have checked the show out a few times and was mildly
entertained. I have never seen any of
the movies but this really scored with audiences so I going to give this a
rental. I just hope the best parts were
not on the trailer.
The History Channel has been producing some very good movies
and TV shows of late with Kevin Costner’s Hatfield and McCoy’s being the best
of the bunch. I feel like Bonnie and Clyde
was worthy of an update but this just seemed to air without much fanfare and I
missed it. It did come out at a busy
time of the year (December 8). Maybe it
will score on home video.
This looks really bad but I guess some people think Sly,
Arnold, and Bruce Willis still being in action movies seems bad too. I quote Arnold from Conan, “Then to hell with
them!” (Use of Austrian accent helps here too).
