A woman, accidentally caught in a dark deal, turns the
tables on her captors and transforms into a merciless warrior evolved beyond
human logic. A good looking action maybe
sc-fi-ish flick from the always great Luc Besson ( Leon: The Professional, The
Fifth Element). This stars the lovely
Scarlett Johansson and the great Morgan Freeman.
Bob Saginowski finds himself at the center of a robbery gone
awry and entwined in an investigation that digs deep into the neighborhood's
past where friends, families, and foes all work together to make a living - no
matter the cost. A good looking drama
that went came and went quietly. This
looks to be Mr. Gandolfini’s last movie role.
A computer hacker whose goal is to discover the reason for
human existence continually finds his work interrupted thanks to the
Management; namely, they send a teenager and lusty love interest to distract
him. From director Terry Gilliam of
Monty Python and stars one of the best in the business right now Christoph
Waltz.
James Wan’s The Conjuring was one of my favorite movies of last year as it was a great, slow burn of a ghost story. The Annabelle doll was creepy in that movie but I have not heard good things about this spin-off.
