The Girl on the Train- A divorcee becomes entangled in
a missing persons investigation that promises to send shockwaves throughout her
life. Another movie based on a bestselling
book that I am sure has some sort of expected twist. This will probably score a rental in the near
future.
Ali- A biography of sports legend
Muhammad Ali, focusing on his triumphs and controversies between 1964 and 1974.
This is the only Michael Maan movie I
have not seen and I am ashamed to type that here. This will be watched very soon.
Death Race 2050- The year is 2050 and the planet has
become overpopulated. To help control
population the government develops a race, The Death Race. Annually competitors
race across the country scoring points for killing people with their vehicles. Roger Corman at 90 continues to churn movies
out and God love him for it as he put out some gold over the years.
Sumber Party 2 and 3- Courtney
Bates, the younger sister of Valerie, and her friends go to their condo for a
weekend getaway, but Courtney can't get rid of the haunting feeling that a
supernatural rockabilly driller killer is coming to murder them all. I never
saw these sequels but I did get caught up with the original last year so this
is an attractive two pack from Scream Factory.
Bubba the Redneck Werewolf- Cracker
County is under attack and a lovesick dog catcher named Bubba Blanche has been
transformed into a ferocious, cigar smoking Werewolf in order to save the day.
But first he's got to conquer a beer or two. And maybe a plate of chicken
wings. Come on, the cover alone hooked me but this werewolf drinks beer and
lives in Cracker County? I am so in on
this good-looking flick!
