Victor Crowley- Ten years after the events of the original movie, Victor
Crowley is mistakenly resurrected and proceeds to kill once more. I caught this on director Adam Green’s tour
and it is fantastic. If you like any of
the other Hatchet movies then you will really like this one. It has just the right balance of horror,
comedy, and of course gallons of blood. Be
sure to sit through the end credits.
Highly recommended. Go here to buy
an autographed blu ray and support independent horror- https://ariescope-pictures.myshopify.com/
Batman: Gotham by Gaslight- In an alternative Victorian Age
Gotham City, Batman begins his war on crime while he investigates a new series
of murders by Jack the Ripper. Wow, what
a great idea to place Batman back in the late 1800s chasing Jack the Ripper
during the Whitechapel Murders. I hope
this is as good as it sounds.
Only the Brave- Based on the true story of the Granite Mountain Hotshots, a
group of elite firefighters who risk everything to protect a town from a
historic wildfire. This movie got lost when it was released and that is too bad
because it seems to be regarded as a good movie. And it has got the Dude in it
so it is a must watch.
Sinbad of the Seven Seas- Sinbad and his shipmates aid a young
prince, who must battle an evil wizard to gain the hand of a beautiful
princess. I remember the Hercules movies,
but I do not remember this one at all.
Day of the Dead: Bloodline- A small group of military personnel
and survivalists dwell in an underground bunker as they seek to find a cure in
a world overrun by zombies. Do we need
another remake of this Romero classic?
Reviews on this are pretty brutal but the Bub zombie looks kind of cool
atleast.
