I have always been a fan of political thrillers ever since All the President's Men. Ryan Gosling stars as a staffer with great ideas to lead presidential candidate George Clooney to the Oval Office. Gosling quickly learns how dirty politics and the campaign trial can be. Clooney also directs this and he has does some nice work behind the camera so far especially Good Night, and Good Luck. I will give this a rental.
Justified season 3 starts this week along with Archer season 3 on FX.
The Rangers took it the wire but signed Japanese import pitcher Yu Darvish to a six year $60 million deal on top of the 51.7 million posting fee to negotiate and basically "buy" him from the Nippon Ham Fighters. So $112 million for a guy that has not thrown a pitch in the majors. I hope this works out.
