New Release Tuesday

A prequel set before the haunting of the Lambert family that reveals how gifted psychic Elise Rainier reluctantly agrees to use her ability to contact the dead in order to help a teenage girl who has been targeted by a dangerous supernatural entity.  This series has been some really good spooky movies.

I will go on record and say the first Magic Mike was pretty good and downright entertaining.  This one was just awful and it definitely alright, alright missed something or particularly somebody.

I really like the concept of the American Horror series where it is a different story each season so you can skip a season and jump right into the next if you like. I did not care for the season three witches and jumped ship after the third disturbing third episode but man when I saw that season four was named Freak Show I was back onboard.  The circus freaks were really cool, the clown was awesome but was not in the show long enough, and Jessica Lange was spectacular in this series as always.  This was a really good season of the show and it did some tie-ins to some of the previous seasons.  This new AHS Hotel season that is coming up?  Not looking very good.

Warner Brothers is releasing some awesome, classic Hammer horror on blu ray.  Be sure to snag some of these in the sets or individual releases so we will continue to get these.  Really looking forward to Frankenstein Must be Destroyed in this set.

Jackie Chan is finally getting some love as this and First Strike make their blu ray debut this week.
