New Release Tuesday

X-Men: Dark Phoenix- Jean Grey begins to develop incredible powers that corrupt and turn her into a Dark Phoenix. Now the X-Men will have to decide if the life of a team member is worth more than all of humanity.  This is probably the worst X-Men movie in the franchise as I had a hard time sitting thru this one.  I am glad Fassbender was back as Magneto because he was the only thing good in this movie.

The Hills Have Eyes 2- A group of bikers, heading to a race, become stranded in the desert and find themselves fighting off a family of inbred cannibals who live off the land.  I always liked this sequel as it is right in line with the original as far as the story goes and that is a good thing.

Return of the Scarecrow- An '80s horror comedy throwback that tells of a rural legend of an evil scarecrow that slumbers until it's evil cannot be contained, and it awakens and continually returns to unleash it's unholy terror. However, a hillbilly prank gone wrong has resulted in a case of mistaken identity, and a night that a group of unsuspecting campers and townsfolk will never, ever forget.  Man, I missed the first Scarecrow movie I guess.
