Tron: In 1982 Disney tried their best to get a another sci fi flick off the ground since The Black Hole cratered upon release and Tron barely broke even at the box office. As a kid I found it under whelming as a movie and enjoyed the arcade game much more. But over the years it has gained some appreciation and now gets a proper release on blu. This release was delayed until after the new sequel because the blu ray looked "to good" and showed alot of detail that is now kind of cheesy so Disney did not want to scare off any new Tron fans.
Tron Legacy: Jeff Bridges returns to play Flynn so it must be good, right? This performed admirably at the box offcie but I think Disney wants some strong home sales to be convinced to greenlight another sequel. I am going to check this out this week So give it a spin and I will see you at Flynn's arcade.
