This is a strange release from last week as this is the pilot
episode from 1993 for the long running Chuck Norris series. This has been available on the season one box
set for quite some time so I really am curious as to why the single disc
release. Is it just to put out a new
package with Chuck on it? Is CBS trying
to gauge some interest on a new Walker TV movie? Did Chuck threaten someone with a death spin
kick? Time will tell and I did see this
on the new release shelf at the box store last week.

I would rather see a
release of the 2005 TV movie Walker, Texas Ranger: Trial by Fire. This movie debuted on a Sunday night and was
running late after an overtime NFL game and just got lost that night and even confused
DVRs as most people ended up watching an episode of the CBS show Cold Case. The movie was pretty good and ended with the
most ridiculous cliffhanger ever with one of the main characters hanging on for
their life and the movie was never followed up.
The U.K . has a release of this so maybe we will get this release in the near future.
