With the advent of digital cinema, the Alamo Drafthouse has announced what
might be billed as the very last 35MM screening ever of the horror classic
PHANTASM presented by Mondo and Texas Frightmare Weekend!
On the night of Thursday, April 30 The Alamo Drafthouse
will show PHANTASM with the original cast in attendance doing a
live commentary about the film and its origins. PHANTASM creator Don Coscarelli
will also be there along with the director of the new PHANTASM: RAVAGER, David
Hartman, and they promise “a very special surprise” after the screening! Might that surprise be ?:
