New Release Tuesday

Chuck is a one-man army who comes to the rescue of the United States when a spy and his army attempt an invasion. This is my favorite Chuck movie from Cannon Films as it had some high production values and great action direction from Joseph Zito.  Sure, a lot of the movie does not make sense but the action more than makes up for in this Chuck classic.  Highly recommended.

Chuck returns as James Braddock one last time as he once again returns to Vietnam.  Twelve years after the end of the war Chuck goes back to rescue his thought-dead Vietnamese wife and son held in a prison camp presided over by a sadistic Vietnamese general whom was one of those that tortured Braddock during his stay in a similar prison camp during the war.

These movies are Chuck approved!

I finally started watching Game of Thrones a couple of months ago and it is as good as everyone says it is.  I am almost done with Season 4 so this comes out at a really good time.

A former prisoner of war is brainwashed as an unwitting assassin for an international Communist conspiracy.  I have wanted to check out this original version and now that Criterion has released it the time has come.
